I have stood by Yahoo for a long time but now I can’t do it anymore. Even with all their problems, I know they would pull through. When they started hosting websites, I was excited and one of the first to use their services. But they failed their customers once again. They promise to make it easier, but it always seems to be harder with Yahoo. Their network is not reliable, you have to go through links online or a number of choices on the phone just to get support, and you pay too much for way too little. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
