I don’t always get a chance to say thank you and mean it. But Lypha gave me such great service last week that I had to say something. I was having problems with another hosting company. The experience was unsettling and I was angry. But mostly I needed my business running. When I figured out that it wouldn’t without another hosting company, I started looking. Lypha seemed to give me the best deal. But they did more than that. My entire site and domains were moved over in a single day and there wasn’t much disruption to my business. I’m glad I chose Lypha.

I don’t know how to thank Lypha enough for their support. My brother, a self proclaimed web expert, tried to make my website better. As a result, my website wouldn’t work. I may be rather cynical about Lypha. I tried their offering and was disgusted by what I got. I did my research before finally choosing Lypha. I could have gone to another company that would have hosted, designed, and managed my website, but I wanted some control myself. Instead, I’ve been controlled by a myriad of problems with the servers and software features associated with Lypha and their support is not the most patient group to work with. I have been busy working on problems, it has stalled my efforts designing my website. When I went with Lypha, I hoped for more than what I got. Sometimes, you don’t know what you are getting until you have it.
