I’ve been a cynic when it comes to technology. I’ve always thought that the small companies would provide better service than the big companies. Lunarpages has changed my mind. They have a good package at an affordable price with plenty of features to build the website of your dreams. Way to go.

A friend recommended Lunarpages to me when I expressed a desire to start a website for my business. He said that they had great products for web hosting and fantastic service. He was absolutely correct. When I signed up with Lunarpages, they explained everything I was getting, answering all my questions in a friendly and helpful manner. They told me what I could expect form them and their service and they ask me to call them back if I had any other questions. The first week, I called them every day with one question or another until I felt completely satisfied that I knew what I was doing. I am very happy with my decision to use Lunarpages.

Lunarpages has my vote for hosting my website. I’ve wanted to have a website for a long time but I didn’t know what I needed. Lunarpages made it easier to understand how to set one up. Today, I have a website and I have built it myself. They provided it all in one package at an affordable price.

Lunarpages is the worst web hosting company I have known. They inflate all the features they offer to sell you their product, but they can’t deliver. I put my site on their servers two weeks ago and started working immediately. Everything seemed fine until last week, when links in my webpages stopped working. I immediately started working with customer support. As time went on, the problems started getting worse: connections lost, images not loading, links going nowhere and errors. Eventually, it was getting to be too much and I wasn’t getting the support I felt was appropriate. I moved my website to another company two days ago and I’m not having any problems. I would not recommend Lunarpages.

I can’t say enough about Lunarpages. I have three domains hosted by three different hosting companies. The hassle over managing those domains was enormous and well as costly. Lunarpages helped me bring those domains under one package offering and now things are definitely easier for me. Their knowledgeable staff was friendly and encouraging. They worked with me every step of the way. All of this was for one low price. Now all my web hosting needs are being provided by one provider. I can manage my multiple domains without having to manage multiple web hosting providers.

I’m very skeptical nature, so when a problem on our website occurred and had to call Lunarpages, I didn’t make it easy for them. But their concern and commitment in responding to my questions knowledgeably helped to resolve the problem.
