Satisfaction Guaranteed! Yea, right. People are always complaining that the links on my website are not working or pages cannot be found. When I call InMotion, they are always trying to charge me more money. You would think that they would be able to fix a simple problem. While I was customer service, I had to repeat the same information several times because the person on the other line would hit the wrong key or their network wasn’t working. If they can’t support their own network, how can they support mine? I would not recommend InMotion Hosting.

First of all, because most of our work was done online, we were able to continue business with minimum impact almost immediately. And because of our backups, we were able to restore most of our critical data without much loss. We’ve been hosting our website with InMotion Hosting for a couple of years now. A couple of months ago, a new manager came in and wanted to change hosting services. He said he could get better services at a cheaper cost. I called InMotion’s sales staff and got a comprehensive list of services that we were currently getting and how they were competitive with other more popular web hosting companies. In addition, they spoke to me about the additional costs sometimes incurred when moving hosting services, such as historical knowledge on our account or backup data. Powered with the information I had, I was able to show my new boss that it was not cost effective to change web hosting companies and since we have had no problems in the past with InMotion, we should continue without change.
