I don’t always get a chance to say thank you and mean it. But HostGator gave such great service to me today that I had to say something. It began when I started to have problems with another hosting company. The experience was horrible and I was fed up. But mostly I needed my website up and running. When I figured out that it wouldn’t, I looked for a different hosting company. HostGator seemed to give me the best deal. But they did more than that. We were able to move all my sites and domains over to their servers by the end of the day without much disruption to my business. I’m glad I choose HostGator.

These days it seems you can’t expect the very best even when it’s promised to you. But with HostGator, you still can’t. I have been with them for only six months and I have had nothing but problems. It is difficult to get any support. My website is consistently having problems and my customers are complaining all the time. None if this would happen if HostGator was truly lived up to their efforts and were dedicated to my success.
