I will always be with GoDaddy. They have a great customer support people who are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a product line that allows you to get everything you need. And they provide it for such a low, low cost it is so hard to pass up. If you have a website, you must have GoDaddy help you.

I work in the Customer Relations Management industry and I don’t come across customer service that exceeds my expectations, but GoDaddy did it. My website went down and since most of my business is online, it was a big deal. With customer complaints coming to me from every direction, I immediately called customer support at GoDaddy. I immediately got a live person and they found the problem and resolved it before I knew it. When I hung up, my website was up and running again. The experience was wonderful and the people were friendly and knowledgeable.

I guess it’s true. You get what you pay for. I decided to start my own online business and found GoDaddy to host my website. After a month and number of problems, I have no website for my business. No one in the company seemed able to solve my problem.

Thank you Go Daddy. I’ve had a small online business for 5 years now. In that time, I’ve tried some of the more technical and solid web hosting companies and been disappointed. Although they met their promises, they had too many features that I just didn’t use. And I ended up paying for them. As the internet grew, more features became available and the price of my services went up. With Go Daddy, I get everything I need for just little more than $4 dollars a month. My customers are happy and my business isn’t being charged for services that they don’t need.

I’ve been hosting our website with GoDaddy Hosting for a couple of years now. A couple of weeks ago, I took on a new partner and she wanted to change hosting services. She thought she could get better services more affordable. I called GoDaddy’s sales staff and got a complete list of features that I was getting and how they were compared with other web hosting solutions. They spoke to me about how much it can cost when moving hosting services, such as experience on my account or backups. Powered with that information, I was able to show my partner that changing web hosting companies was not cost-effective and since I never had any problems in the past with GoDaddy, we shouldn’t change.
